After studying and analysing relationships for many years now, I knew I had to share my knowledge and insight to empower and guide other women who are feeling lost, confused, or stuck in their marriage/ relationship.

My book will uncover and breakdown some of the most common problems I see between a couple in the therapy room, and how to navigate through these issues, without viewing your partner as the enemy. Throughout the years, I have helped women all over the world turn their relationship around, and work on their own inner strength and self-worth in the process.

My book will help you to strip back all the layers and gain a strong understanding of what led you to this crossroads in your life, and even if you do finally choose to go it alone, you can still do this with your head held high.

Empathy and compassion

The approach to counselling focuses on empathy and compassion as essential elements in supporting women through challenges in their marriage. As a counselor, the ability to put oneself in the shoes of clients and relate to their struggles creates a safe and supportive environment for women to open up and seek help.

Unique challenges faced by women

The counselling approach recognises the unique challenges that women face in their marriages. It is important to take into account the cultural and societal factors that impact women’s experiences, including gender roles, expectations, and biases. Understanding these factors helps in tailoring a counselling approach that is relevant and effective.

Supportive approach

The counselling approach is based on a supportive and non-judgmental attitude. It is important to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings without fear of being judged. This allows for a more productive counselling session and helps clients feel heard and understood.
